About

Christina Landeros, LCSW-S

My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational therapy and may include EMDR, parts-informed approaches, and nervous-system-based interventions. Rather than pushing insight or revisiting painful experiences too quickly, we focus on building safety, emotional regulation, and trust—both within yourself and within the therapeutic relationship. What Sessions Feel Like Clients often describe our work as: Calm and grounding Compassionate but honest Emotionally attuned and non-judgmental Together, we work to expand what feels possible—helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your capacity for resilience. I offer private-pay therapy for adults in Texas and via telehealth. I also provide extended EMDR intensives and short-term focused work for clients who prefer alternatives to weekly sessions. If you’re considering therapy but unsure where to begin, I offer brief consultations to help you decide whether this feels like a good fit. ------------------------------------------------------------- Christina Landeros, LCSW-S is the author of Jesus as Therapist: The Intersection of Religion and Mental Health Practice, a reflective exploration of how faith and psychological insight can coexist in healing work. 👉 Available on Amazon Kindle https://www.amazon.com/Jesus-Therapist-Intersection-Religion-Practice-ebook/dp/B0F8SWFP29 ------------------------------------------------------------- As per House Bill 4224 (89th Regular Session), which went into effect on Sept. 1, 2025, per Section 181.105 of the Health and Safety Code, here are detailed instructions for consumers: To request the consumer’s health care records email Christina at greatnightskypllc@gmail.com.
